Not reporting an ex-boyfriend for raping me. That was stupid. It hurt then, and it still lingers from time to time. I should have done something about it then so I could have healed better. I blamed myself for so long. Now I can look back on it and see it (and him) for what it was. It's taken quite some time to get there. Luckily, I have gotten past it and am happy in a loving relationship now. It turned out ok, but I do regret not doing anything. I allowed myself to be the victim and I regret not standing up for myself.

Hanging around with the gossipy popular clique at school for (nearly) a year. I nearly missed out on being friends with two fantastic and worthwhile people who are friend to this day by caring what the in-crowd thought.

About 52 years ago, I let a class-mate get the cane, when I should have been punished; not her. Amazingly, she stayed friends with me until I left that school.
