I don't think this answer is what you intended, but I'll give it just to clarify an important situation.
Yes, I have envisaged my own spirit.
Each living object consists of mind, body, and spirit.
When a ghost is observed, then the mind and body no longer exists. The spirit eventually moves on to another incarnation. The ghost is usually a lost spirit, still attached to this life, because the life task was incomplete. A traumatic death is often the cause.
