-lack of members
-no practice space
-conflicting musical directions
-cant play an instrument well
-members who write bad lyrics

When i started my band i had 2 a**holes who wouldnt do anything, lazy but they wanted the money, so i fired them.
You could have family commitments, jealous girlfriends, jobs, terrible styles lol.
