I'm making a mockumentary about a group of teens trying to form a band. It's based on my experiences with my friends trying to form many bands but ultimately they never work out. I also got inspiration from "This is Spinal Tap." Are there any tips or advice that i can use to make this seem like an actual documentary and a satire?

The one important thing to remember (to make it successful) is make it funny as hell. Just take the p!ss out of everything. Make sure you get 'professionals' to interview on what makes a band successful & get ex-band member to do like a 'where are they now' etc... funny funny. Good idea too!

i actually tried to do that with my friends, but it didn't work out. i would recomend trying not to be like spinal tap, so you can stay original.
