There seems to be so many football and basketball jerseys on ebay these days at such low prices that I wonder if the sellers aren’t selling fakes.

I’ve bought a few jerseys online and it’s defiantly a case of buyer beware. There are indeed some reputable sellers of jerseys that will give you authentic jerseys. By authentic I mean they will usually buy an official blank jersey, the official numbers and letters and they will subcontract out the sewing of names, numbers, and any patches. So you’ll get all authentic materials with discounted labor costs. I’ve bought customized official jerseys from the nfl and nba online stores before and they do the same thing. Contract with some sewing company to put on the official lettering.
I would recommend you only buy from sellers that provides very detailed close ups of the lettering and sewing or ask them to provide you with those pics if they aren’t included in the action. Go to the nfl or nba shop for visual examples and then compare with the pictures the sellers have.

Well if you want the newest authentic jersey simple it has an adidas sign because addidas bought reebok so all of the old jerseys are not in circulation any more so just make sure it has an adidaas sign and compare how it looks from an authentic seller like the NBA Store

i have purchased a couple of jeresys on ebay and to tell you the truth, you can really find some good deals. just have to watch out for some jeresys
