Anyone know of any good movies about someone being a entrepreneur or hustler? Or basically just any good movie about being on the grind and making it?

A couple of my favorites were "Tinmen" about the aluminum siding salesmen (hustlers) and "Tucker - The Man and His Dream" ... the true story about Preston Tucker who stuck to his dream and introduced a new concept car (entrepreneurs)
"Jerry Maguire" was a good example of a corporate guy branching out on his own as an entrepreneur through necessity and highlights some of the problems faced by those people trying to go it alone.
For a real send-up check out Dr. Evil from the Austin Powers movies an entrepreneur whose modest goal is world domination, sorta like Bill Gates ...

Probably the best of all time is The Sting, starring Paul Newman and Robert Redford. The Grifters is another, but much darker. How about The Color of Money... pool hustlers!

I don't know what you mean by 'hustler' - a cheat? that would be "The Grifters" ... or do you mean a male prostitute? that would be "My Private Idaho."
