Since most McDonalds are a franchise the orientation material varies from store to store. If you don't want to ask your manager, ask for another set when the manager is not working your shift. The supervisor on duty will give you a new one..Not to worry. You're not the first person to lose the orientation materials.

As a former McDonald's manager, my advice would be to just call and ask. You won't look stupid. Just say you wrote it down, but you can't find the paper you wrote it down on.
