ringtone transfer from computer to phone with an xp and a slvr (morotola/cingular)?

ok so i have my little usb cable here, I have my free mosquito ringtone download and a lot of time a long with a capable pc, but the problem is how do i make that transfer without sending the ringtone to my slvr's itunes folder?

When you connect your phone to the pc, open its folder shown as "removable disk" in 'my computer' and go into the ringtone or audio folder and copy to there.
