Go to the movies, go out to eat, go ballroom dancing, or go to an opera.

Rent out a bar n invite everyone u no. Get really drunk then go to the best club around. After u get thrown out for lude conduct. Go to the nearest chippie (u will need the food by now). Then walk home with all ur friends stealing as many traffic cones n for sale signs as possible avoiding the police. Continue the party in ur house. Then wake up the next morning not remembering anything but its ok cause u all took photos which u will look at after u force everyone to help u tidy up ur house.

a house party in a squat. It's free. Then just get so trashed you don't remember your own name. That should do it just fine. Who would want to go to the opera for their 21st ? Maybe when you're trashed, that might be fun. Opera and tight budget don't match anyway.

Bowling (or cinema if you hate bowling and use Orange Wednesday for 2 for 1 tickets), pizza, and then cheap local pub. £10-20 maximum per person and great fun. Take a camera!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY for whenever it is.

Opera? are you kidding? This is his/her 21st youre talking about. I personally couldn't bear sitting through a load of screaching for 2 hours.

ou should make it a time that you'll always remember, how about doing something for someone else, like taking an elderly out, or a child, or visit the humane society and get yourself a dog/cat.....you'll have a lot more birthdays, make someone happy.

where do you live? they have restaurants where your birthday you eat free and everyone can chip in and buy you a shot, or you can pregame at your house the night before your birthday and if in cab or walking distance you can celebrate at midnight for last call at your local bars!!

invite your pals round to your house (or one of yours pal's houses if that is allowed and easier) each person brings their own drinks..keeps it cheap etc.. just put some crisps/nuts etc out..cheap and cheerful and all your friends there.

Downsides are tho... potential house of mess after party and also neighbours being annoyed with any noise you might make ( but you wouldn't do that .. wouldn't you not lol)..happy birthday when it comes;-) xx

One thing you can do is be bloody glad you aren't planning your 51st. Been there; and, on the whole, I think my 21st was better and I didn't plan a damn thing.
