Get knotted is indeed a Naval Term. When sailors were to be punished, they were required to make, by themselves, the "Cat 'o'nine tails" with which they would be lashed. The "Nine Tails" of the lash, had nine knots on each one. To "Get Knotted" was to order a punishment!

No. It's an old British slang term wishing that the person you're swearing at may be unable to get an erection. It's also a way of telling them to get lost, go away, buzz off, and so on.

i think it came from 1 talking to a chestnut tree so he could have a game of conkers.... as in saying to the conker your going to get knotted with my shoe lace and your going to make me a daddy 69er
