You seen a little old for thighty whites-you must get made fun of in the locker room!! Boxers come in small (S) medium (M) Large (L) and Extra-Large (XL) not numbers like tighty whites.

probably a 38 but i would think that with your size maybe you should try boxer briefs. they might be more comfy for you and not so tight around the thighs. hope this helps you out!
