If you need help understanding the question...I honestly don't what to say.
Personally my own parents are unsupportive, I can't wait to frame my degree in 2 - 3 semesters (WHEN I graduate) and say, hey mom remember how you said that I would never graduate...?

Whenever they tell you, you can't do something in the future, just hand them a copy of your diploma and remind them that they said you wouldn't be able to do that either. Eventually they will get the hint and become more supportive or at the very least keep thier unsupportive opinions to themselves.
And congratulations. It takes a lot of hard work to earn a degree.

Stick with it! My parents were overjoyed when I got my first degree. They practically had a heart attack when I said I'd be going back for my second!
(I have an Associate's degree in Computer-Aided Design. I am currently going for a Bachelor's in Industrial Technology. I only have 36 hours left before I graduate... ...again!)

congrats!! i would invite them to the graduation ceremony only because it will make them feel like crap and aware of not being supportive. mainly because whoever does the commencement speech at graduations usually goes on and on about how the graduates should be thankful for their supportive parents.
