There was this movie Michael Moore made (the same guy who made Fehrinhiet 9/11) but i want the one which he compared the US and Canada regarding violence and fear,, can anyone recall the title?

Yes, it is "Bowling For Columbine" (2002) I don't think it was as much a comparison of the two countries opinions on violence but more an "outsider's" (being Canada) view.

It was the one about the guns and how easy it was for people to get them. He talked a little bit about pop culture and how it all interrelated to the Columbine massacre.
