jst tell him the truth that u only see him as a friend and if he doesnt understand that then u really dont need a friend like that...der is really no easy way out rejecting ppl..either way ur hurting them..but atleast u r tell ing the truth instead of lying to them...

If your friend is a well rounded person, be honest with him on your feelings. If you don't know how he'd take it. Be nice about it, let him know you want to be just friends and you do not want to lose him as a friend. He will get the message.

Talk about a guy you like in front of him. This way he'll know you aren't interested in him and he may cut his losses. If he still doesn't get it simply tell him he isn't the kinda guy you are looking for but he'll find the right girl for him. Be gentle with the second one.....
