Being that the WWE is family owned, I often wonder who do the wrestlers and diva's turn to, if they have a problem with any of the McMahon family members. I'm sure nobody would want to lose their jobs, but are there other alternatives for them to take, in a situation where they don't want to piss any of the family members off?

that is jr's job. he is a behind the scene worker as well. he counsels wrestlers and helps them with problems and anything else they need.
