I am in awe of the way nature balances itself:

There is great diversity and complexity of humans and other animals, as well as plants and microscopic creatures. Each has unique characteristics, and each has its own place somewhere in the great web. For example, insects eat certain plants; then birds eat the insects. The droppings of the birds enrich the soil so that it can grow more plants. Birds also eat seeds, and some of the undigested seeds are spread to new places. Life renews itself, and each species needs other species, to live. There are tiny worlds-within-worlds in the forests, the tundra, the ocean, etc., living in a miraculous balance.
