How long should podcast take??

I am trying to download the diggnation podcast on my Ipod and it has been almost and hour and it has hardly moved!! How long does it normally take to download a podcast. This is my first one. Am I doing something wrong??

If you are using iTunes 7 then there is a download area. This will tell you the size of the podcast and how much you have downloaded.... if you have dial up then it will take a LONG time, no matter how large or small it is.
