Any thing would surpass that crap ,,,,, It is so repetitive and non sensical ,,,,,,, If you've heard it once you've heard it a million times no matter what group does it ,,,,, It makes no sense,,, it takes no talent to do it,,,,,, and it offers no challenge,,,,,And the last thing you could call it is artistic,,,,,, Any one can get up on a stage with a microphone and do it ,,,,,It isn't music it's babble ,,,, You can hear them running off at the mouth but this Bro talk crap or what ever it is they call it makes it's impossible to distinguish what they are trying to say ,,,,They have a definite and serious lack of command of the English Language,,,,,It's simple entertainment (if that's what you choose to call it) for simple minds ,,,,,It's proof positive to anyone that these (performers?) are willing to make themselves look the fool or do anything else to turn a buck ,,,,, All of this in a nut shell is most likely the reason why you are getting board with it ,,,,,,, You are growing up ,, maturing ,,, Your mind is starting to searching for challenging things ,,,,,,, such as entertainment that satisfies the mind ,,,,,

I don't think anything will take out hip hop and rap. You can't just take a whole genre of music out. It will always exist. I do think however that the general movement seems to be more towards bands that have that "new" sound. People embrace differences. So if you're putting out something that sounds different from everyone else, people are going to notice (hopefully). I don't want to discriminate as to people's taste in music, becuase music is art and you can't tell people what to like or not like. But i think the next generation of music is really a fusion of all sorts of styles. It's not cool just to be devoted to one thing anymore. You gotta embrace it all, at least to a point. And theres bands out there that are on the cutting edge, doing things that most people have never even dreamed of. Computers, synths, loops and some clever audio editing can really produce anything your imagination is possible of conceiving. I know that's somewhat of a cliche, your imagination is the limit, but in reality its the truth. Just my thoughts...
