I don't know what it's called but there is a fish of some sort that is colorful and hypnotizes it's prey underwater. Please list sites I can see pics.

Ya, the angler fish uses it's glowing thing to attract prey in the deepest, darkest parts of the sea. The fish venture towards the light, unaware that the hideous angler fish is waiting for it, just outside the range of the light, in the shadows.
