Dial *69. It might not work if they used *67, but you can try. It might cost money though (probably 99 cents).

If you have caller ID, I have heard of reverse-phone number directories.

Often if a caller is not supplying a name, it's a telemarketer. And therefore someone you don't really want to talk to.
