Bottled water is NOT distilled. You could taste the difference, anyway yes if it says use distilled water then you should definately use distilled water, the minerals could cause problems.

SOME bottled water is distilled, but you don't want to use it because of the added minerals, which can corrode and clog your cooling system. Besides, you can buy a gallon of distilled water at your local grocery store for under a buck.

Distilled water is sold to use in steam irons.

It has been turned into steam, then condensed back to liquid.

The steam is as pure as is possible in nature. That is why your liquid cooler system requires it, the impurities in filtered water can be many trace elements that eat the plumbing, and permit growth of fungi, and just will clog up the cooler, insulate the walls of the plumbing, so heat cannot be transferred.

Now, you just do what ever you think best, cause it's your money!

And, after all that expense, wouldn't you like to run the OS that is 50X faster? http://livecdlist.com has 310 from which to choose.

All are fast, and virus proof. For 32 bit, I like http://pclinuxos.com and, for 64bit I prefer Suse, Kubuntu, Ubuntu, in that order. YMMV. But, all are totally free, secure, and stable.

Nope. Bottled water still has minerals in it. Distilled water doesn't.

MOST bottled water is distilled but it will say so if it is. Not the flavored stuff tho.
