If you look anything like your picture, just smile at him as you go by. But seriously -- from the fact that you have to ask, I'm assuming you're young enough to need a serious answer -- be yourself, join in conversations that include him, be in groups that he's in, speak up (sensibly, not tee-hee-hee funny) when you're in these groups -- that fort of thing. Don't for pete's sake, put any moves on him or dress slutty to catch his eye -- you'll scare the poor kid out of his wits. For all the bragging guys do, they aren't comfortable around girls yet.

If u want someone notice u, don't give him any attention. But that doesn't mean that u r going to ignore urself. Be confident, dressed up smartly, smile and talk politely to everyone. Believe me it'll work.

Dont show him you like him but dont be unfriendly, be very friendly but just as a friend, let him be the "hunter". I have seen many guys run away from me when they know I am after them. Especially if they are popular then now showing interest is the thing that will get them to like you... trust me.

u should be what u r and dont change for some one u dont even know but if u want to grab attention u should be of free mind and dont be shy taliking to boys and then see how they come after u.....
