I gotta' go with the 80's myself. I pretty much grew up in the 80's.

70's ... things weren't quite as faked back then. People were a lot more down to earth and not as nasty/disgusting back then.

I say it's the 80's and the 90's because of the Junkyard Dog, Paul Orndorff, Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant, Bobby "The Brain" Heenan, The Four Horsemen, the Legion of Doom, Sgt. Slaughter, Nicolai Volkoff, the Iron Sheik, and many others. I was growing up during this time period, by the way. The stars of that era are now true legends in their own right!!

It has to be the 80's. Saturday nights main event, the Megapowers exploding at Wrestlemania V, Piper, Orndorrf, Mr.T...the 80's had it all.

In prefer the Golden Age of Wrestling when you have to really endure to be remain champion, you would fight a hard wrestling match and if you were hurt, you would have to come back the next day and do it again... until you lost the title.... I'm talking about the 1900's to the 1930's, one of the last guys to come out with that was Antonio Rocca and Bruno Sammartino.

90's for wwe during the attitude era (especially during the Austin vs. McMahon feud) for WCW it was also during the 90's when Hogan joined the NWO because it was the first time Hogan became a heel.

I'd say the eighties because it just seems like wrestling was much more mainstream. Its still popular nowadays, of course. But mainstream america seemed alot more into it then than they do now.
