one week ago candaleeza rice said, the US can not live with a nuclear north korea, today the UN security council anounced, there will be no use of force against north korea.
Does that mean the allmighty bush administration is eating crow?

First no they are not eating crow.
Second the UN is a weak wishy washy orgination that does nothing to other countries except when it is against the U.S.
Lastly the nuke that North Korea claims to have set off has not been confirmed.
