sounds like it to me,mine felt like bubbles too..its a lovely feeling and it wont be long before you can feel elbows and knees in your ribs too lol

The first time I felt mine, it was like a teeny little butterfly in my lower abdomen. The get stronger and more frequent as you progress. Fun, isn't it?

it very well could have been , isn't that the most beautiful feeling , those first kicks , i cried every time i felt my babies move for the first time.
