i have smith smith and the bears defense and lj smith and he is trading me the ravens defense, heath miller, warrick dunn, chad johnson, and john kasay

Take it, Baltimore D puts up huge fantasy points, heath miller will get more when ben gets better or batch starts, warrick dunn gets tons of yards and a good 2nd RB, chad johnsons getting the td's, and john kasay is decent.

I wouldn't take this and I will tell you why. The Bears D is the best and will continue to be the best. Steve Smith is coming on strong and is definately Delhommes favorite target. Lj smith is playing with the best QB going right now. Heath is on a struggling Pit team that uses their TE more as blockers than anything else, despite his great hands. I just traded away Dunn as well because he is a hammy injury away from the Jerious Norwood show and he has a rushers worse nightmare for a QB, Vick steals a lot of carries along with TD's from his backs. Chad Johnson is arguably no longer the number one receiver in Cinci thanks to Housh being Palmers best buddy. Look at the numbers, Housh missed the 1st 2 maybe 3 games of the season and yet has already passed up Johnson in points. So unless you want to downgrade at just about every position then don't make the trade.
