What shocks me more is that it is that easy for a 13 year old kid to get hold of an assault rifle. They are talking about charging him as an adult. He obviously has issues and needs help. Whoever the rifle is registered to should be charged (for allowing the kid access to it.)

I heard about it! It is scary when kids come to school with guns. Thank the Lord that no one was hurt
