I don't think its about color but ppl don't just put their pic in this page. But if u check out hi5 or Myspace u can see all kinds of ppl.
Besides I think still without a reason that doesn't have to do with race ppl just perfer avatars !!!

Possibly there aren't that many black people here. Also, some of them may want to hide behind another kind of face. The Internet allows you to reshape your identity that way.

I could post a real photo of myself, and I have elsewhere on the Internet. However, it's fun seeing a cartoon version of myself. It's pretty true to who I am, except that I'm older and heavier.

Maybe they don't like the way they look, same as any "race". Insecure. Or they would like to be as anonymous as possible.
