For eastern and Central time zones the show is aired live with different starting times .. ( 1 hour earlier for each time zone move to the west) however with mountain time and Pacific time the shows are taped, and the internet and telephone voting is tabulated after the shows are completed. That is why they always wait until the succeeding show before they announce who is ejected from the competition.

They just say, for example, the show will be on at 7 Pacific Time/6 Central Time, and then you figure out your time zone from there.

They generally play them live on the east coast, and re-run them at the same time in the other time zones.
Central or Mountain time zones sometimes get the feed live, but obviously, they watch it at 7:00, instead of 8:00, for example.
Fortunately, I have a satellite, and I watch these on the east coast feed! :)
