The USA can't continue to borrow money to pay it's bills.

Like the War in Iraq. It's all BORROWED money. And the debt is left to burden future generations.

The war is not about how much money we have, the best technology in the world won't get us out of Iraq, the only way to undo what Bush did is to return Hussein to power and give him some money and resources to start. In a couple of months Iraq would be stable again, we are just rookies when control of Iraq is the game

The Plutocrats do not pay for War they make money from it.

The only incentives is to make more War.

If they increased the amount of tax the wealthy had to pay,

Well, the deficit has already been cut drastically by increased tax revenue. That's the best way to pay off debt. By increasing profit and therefore tax revinue without hurting the tax payer.

Actually it does: Clinton didn't do, so it's difficult to make long term projections:
