I have had a very regular cycle throughout my life, I have never been on birth control. I have had two abortions; the last one happened two years ago. It's been recently this year that I my period will be normal bleeding 5 - 6 days, and then the next time it will be a week or two weeks late and Ill spot and nothing happens, and then the next month normal again, and then the next time, it's later still and spotting occurs again. I am not familiar with what symptoms I should be looking out for at my age, I am 24. I am just a little worried. Is this a symptom of anything bad like cancer etc>?

would suggest that you go to a doctor and find out but dont know how much good it would do i had similar problems once and the only answer i got was that a womans menstral flow varies from month to month even after i had told them mine had always been to same all my live until that point.
