OoOoOo sounds just like me when me and my bf started dating. I was soo shy it was not funny. I couldnt even think of what to say. All you can do is talk to her more and get a convo. going and then she might break out of her shell. Just give her time to warm up. It didnt take me long. I have been with my bf for almost a year now, and I talk a lot and do more with him when we are together. It gets better just give her time.

ask her!!! if u r at a public place then it's cause she's shy around alot of ppl she don't know. try hangin out alone. go on bike rides and hikes and stuff.

Give it time. The relationship has to grow. Become friends and grow from there. Don't force yourself on her at all because you'll scare her off.

make her feel comfortable, ask her why she's shy and just point things out baout her that only you could notice as her boyfriend,

just be yourself around her and be a little silly let her know that she can be herself with you, she will come around or take her out for a few drinks. ; )

she's just not used to being your girlfriend. be friendly toward her, and just wait. get to know her better, and she'll eventually come out of her shell.
