im going to build a high end gaming pc and im going to use the Intel Core 2 Extreme X6800 2.93GHz 4MB Cache 1066MHz FSB to start with but the question i have which is best having the motherboard P5N32-SLI Premium/WiFi-AP for an nvidia base,Intel D975XBX ATX Motherboard crossfire for ati base or having an intel base mobo then just add the gpu to that.....also at the high end extreme gamer level which is the best nvidia or ati for mmorpg,first person shooter,and rpg games?

Okay, if you want SLI then get the SLI board, otherwise get one with the Intel chipset, preferably the 965, it is better than the 975. If you want crossfire then you need to just make sure you Intel has two PCI x16 slots. As for the best card, ATI has the best card out at the moment, the X1950XTX, but the new GeForce's are coming out in about a month, and they will be even better.

Of the two decision, center 2 extreme... Xeon isn't meant for gaming. it rather is a sixty 4-bit processing processor for business enterprise servers than something. maximum gaming chipset won't care correct to the Xeon because of the fact it rather is meant for business enterprise computing. center 2 is designed for gaming pc and maximum video games are 32 bit anyhow. i'd evaluate photograph card, processor, memory because of the fact the known concentration... means supply in case you want extra juice for each little thing..

You need to know first that how computer works .You must give impasis in poer and storage capacity of the Whole CPU.
1.Needs motherboard with high bus speed
2.Good cache memory
3.Sufficient RAM more than 512 Mb.
4.Processor(more than 2.8)
5.Good resolution Monitor
