If you would like to honor a female in your family that means alot to you, then use one of their names. However, if you don't want to do that. Try any baby naming websites. You can find several by going to yahoo.com and typing in "baby names" in the search field.

I like the name LYDIA. you say it Lid-ee-a.
But it might not be the best idea to decide on a name before your baby girl is born.
Perhaps choose a few names, and after you meet her you can decide which name suits her the best.

Try this site there are thousands of names in different languages, also tells you what name means. You can search by meaning, by language, spelling, etc.
If or when we have a girl we've already settled on Stephanie.

We had planned on naming my daughter Lily when I was pregnant, then when we saw her it just did not fit her. We ended up naming her Madeline Ann - which was not even on our list! It is an absolutely fit! If you are unsure - it will come to you after you see what she looks like! Good luck!
