A blood test is very sensitive and can pick up the HCG level at 10, where most home pregnancy test the level needs to be at 50. However, each woman produces HCG at different levels. Your body does not actually produce HCG until 2 days after implantation which normally occurs 8 - 10 days after ovulation. So it could very well detect pregnancy at 14 dpo but my doctor always suggests waiting 1 week after missed period to test, even with blood. Hope this helps and good luck

I tested pos. WITHOUT the blood test after 2 weeks from conception, was just the pee test. Everyone produces it at a different rate, so some people will test positve earlier than others.

Probably but not necessarily. That is almost the earliest one can test and if you ovulated late or anything they might not be able to get a good read.

More than likely. They can detect the smallest amounts of hGC in your system with a beta test.
