WHY ARE SOME PEOPLE WHO DON'T LOOK WHITE GET CONSIDERED WHITE why?

Is it just based on damned geography? When will people realize white is a phenotype and not a social construct?

The problem really is with the term "white", which too many people take literally. The proper term is Caucasian, the race is Caucasoid. This would include many of the darker peoples of the world such as Mediterraneans (Italians, Sicilians, Greeks, etc.). North Africans, Arabs, Middle Easterners, West Asians (Indians, Iranians, etc.) along with many, if not most, Hispanics and, of course, virtually all Europeans.

they could look white with out speck of unique. I in basic terms met a woman on the instant who's final call is Lopes says she's brazilian. She would desire to be Irish, just about Nordic. somebody like Ben Kingsley, on the different hand, is a factor white yet would no longer likely be spoke of as "White" entirely - he seems too blended. humorous how white human beings get the main disillusioned by this question. i'm a million/2 asian a million/2 white and that i think of it rather is a relative question consistent with the international, and what i've got experienced in attempting to verify the place I 'fit' in

After renaissance in 16th centuries people in Europe(white Caucasian)developed guns and firepower and new technologies. In matter of few hundred years, they invaded the whole world and captured countries in Asia, Africa, middle east North and South America. They started to believe that they are superior to other races and denoted other people as slaves of white men.
They fought hundred of wars and slaughtered millions of people due to their hegemonistic ambitions of ruling the world.

In the last centuries many countries got rid of them, but they have maintained their dominance over the world. Now same thing is happening with Asian countries like Japan, China and Korea who are considering themselves superior to other races due to economic advancement, it is power and wealth which makes you think like that. Black races would express themselves and prove to the world that they are no inferior to white, for which they need economic advancement, technology development and wealth creation.

Now you understand why, people try to pass as white even if they are black, eg Michael Jackson, Some American Presidents also had black genotype.

some people just don't watn to admit they are white...arabs, greeks,most hispanics are white or caucasian...they just don't like being lumped in with larry the cable guy

people who are considerde white when they really aren't is because we as black people summarize things into very few categories: black.white,mexican, and chinese. Anything other than that is well, white!!!!!
