Hun, it could take up to a year for your period to return to "normal"...Give it time. Here is what you can do when it returns:
The only way for you to know if you are ovulating is to take your basal body temp each morn, same time and before you get up. You should see a pattern in temps that leads up to and after ovulation. You can get the basal thermometer at Wal-Mart for about 8 dollars. I use a wonderful FREE website called Fertilityfriend.com...it graphs your temps for you, keeps track of your fertility signs, tells you when you ovulate and also tells you if there is an implantation dip in your temps. You can also use Ovulation prediction kits, but they only measure your LH surge and give you a ball park time for ovulation...they do not pin point it. Oh, and it is possible to be ovulating while you do not have your period, just like it is possible to have a period and not ovulate.

I'm not sure what your asking for sure, but I'm gonna guess. You've been off the shot for six months and are trying to get pregnant, right? Sometimes it takes long than six months to be able to get pregnant after being on the shot. I was on the shot for eight years before getting off it took me about a year and ahalf before conceiving my first child which I am currently pregnant with (due in January). Be patient it will happen in due time. Good luck!

Could you repeat the question and this time try to put your words together in sentence form?! I really have no idea what the hell you are talking about--but from your other posted questions I can tell that you cannot speak well so I pray you are not going to birth a child. AND in your previous questions you already stated that you are pregnant so what are you talking about?
