Wash and moisturize your face day and night, and use a spot treatment of benzoyl peroxide. Try Mary Kay's Velocity and Acne Treatment Gel. If you don't already have a Mary Kay consultant, try marykay.com/tarahschoell

A lot of my friends use All Clear by beauticontrol. You need to wash, tone, and moisturize twice a day, and exfoliate gently once a week. Never touch your face without washing your hands first, and always use a clean towel to dry your face. When towels are damp, bacteria builds up in them.
You can find All Clear at www.beautipage.com/

A good diet plus a stringent skin care ritual. If the acne is moderate use a mild, gentle cleanser specifically meant for your skin type (oily, dry, etc). If your acne is severe then consult a dermatologist.
