This happened to my daughter, who was about the same age, and I told him to look at a girl his own age, of course I got the one finger salute but it stopped!!!

Joni, I have that neighbor!!!! He is such a twit he actually WHISTLED at my 14 year old daughter.......I told him about his big bad self....needless to say, we don't acknowledge each other anymore......what a loser......
