I have a big business going and I need to push for a pay rise, I have a lot of women under me but cut backs have to be introduced and the girls often work nights to fill quotas, how much do I have to pay them as a minimum wage in order to make 50k profit per anu?

Minimum pay rates are different in different areas. You should be asking an accountant. Sounds like you need one. Pay rates also vary to cover holidays, overtime etc. Probably state laws, is where you should be checking. To make 50K, is nothing anyone can answer without knowing more details.

i think your full of it you say you have a big business and you cant work out your cost's..every business has a accountant to do that for them not much of a business you have there or myby you have just woke up and your still dreaming

depends on wot your annual turnover is gross not net then divide into expenditure initial outlay and wages
