in a way they did however it was more like reparations they don't still take care of them like we do but they are two totally different circumstances the Jews are not only a hardy people but motivate self sufficient they don't want your stinking charity however the indians being american would rather collect free money for some one slses pain it has nothing to do with race more nations we americans got it so good we are getting to content with not having to suffer for the good stuff
