Stay on at present and save up a little. If you can spare. Then look for another job. Be smart. do not resign unless the job you looking for is the one you want.

You don't give any details about the nature of the job, whether you would want to do it in the long run or your age and experience. If you're just starting out in work or the job offers you good experience, maybe you should stick with it for a while. Otherwise it at least offers you a salary in the meantime but you should consider moving on to something with better pay perhaps in a different field, especially if you don't enjoy it. There are many ways to make a half decent salary, talk to people who do and find out how they got there. The world of work can be quite random and rely more on luck than anything else.

You are worth whatever you are willing to settle for. Most entry level jobs are going to pay you as little as they can. Look around and see what else you can find. You are a free agent, just like a pro athlete, and can always find out your worth on the open market.

We all have to start somewhere and prove ourselves, but there is nothing wrong with desiring something better. Otherwise, we'd still be huddling in caves and chasing down our next meal with spears in hand.
