is it ok if i give my hamster a stuffed bear with all the cotton out help?

i have this stuffed bear and i want to give it to my hamster but i took out all the cotton i just dont want to hurt my hamster so please help

Nope. Not a particularly good idea. Hamsters aren't much for company, so if you want to give it to him because you think he's lonely then it's really not necessary. The fibres from the bear could cause real damage to your hamster when he eats them, and hamsters are stupid enough to eat just about anything! Your hamster would appreciate a hard toy much better, there are plenty available in the store.
