I would suspect you are referring to the "older" style of nurses uniform, as today they all wear boring smocks, or whatever you call those scrubs that look like Home Economics101 for basic pattern sewing. Think the sexual attraction has to do with having someone vulnerable, if they are sick or injured, and having a lovely lady (Nightingale) aide them to health.
Maybe it's the whole Freudian basis about being taken care of by our mothers, and hating our fathers, ... if you want to pyscho analize,, or... maybe it's just sexy to see a lovely lady, with a nice rump, with little to no clothes on..

The sexiness comes from the forbidden. Nurses have to pretend they are unaffected by the naked guys they see while they are at work. So the fantasy develops from trying to imagine what they REALLY think when they are washing your naked body with a sponge. It is the fantasy of crossing that professional line. Same with the whole "librarian" concept and teachers too.

Well, one, it's a uniform. Which makes it forbidden. Two, it's a nurse. Fantasy wise, that means sponge bath and lots of personal attention! Three, it's all white, which is an auto stimulus to make the clean 'unclean'. Four, usually then come with white stockings which means garder belt.... =)

Its the old style uniforms. Of course cut shorter and worn tighter. Kind of like when women say men look good in a uniform, so do women. Besides us guys just love to be sponge bathed.

I dont think it is nice at all, i like better a miad costume. It shows sexyness in it. A nurse to me is like saying let me hurt you hehehe.
