I dont want to call the police because she's a friend of my mums and looks after the plants when I'm away. I know she puts a lot of effort into it, and it can't be easy climbing over a 6' fence in the dark at her age. But to be honest, as well as my underwear going missing I'm getting fed up with having to throw her walking stick back over the fence every morning on the way out to work. Do you think she wants me to know its her?

This is really sad but funny - sorry ! maybe shes old and likes your underwear young ? - so maybe - just maybe shes pinching it not because shes a perv but because she likes it because shes old and doesnt see much of it anymore - you could have a quite word in here ear and tell her that you appreciate she likes your undies but its costing you a fortune so can she stop !
My second theory is that she just doesnt like you putting your pants out for all to see and shes an old prude in which case you have your hands full so I hope my first theory is better.
Now for the walking stick - dont throw it back, if she needs it that badly then let her knock for it and have to say why she left it in the garden.

You have got to be kidding me. I guess you should climb over the fence, steal her underwear and then hang them on your line. Or wait in the dark, and when she jumps over scare the S Hit out of her.

Leave your dirty ones where she finds them now. Leave a note that says how you want them laundered, folded, and delivered back when she's done with them. Then buy her another walking stick and leave it on your side of the fence for her, after all, she's your laundry lady now. If she wants to wear them for a hat for awhile, who cares? You are getting free skidmmark removal!

You should catch her in the act! Once you do...say, "what are you doing with my chonies!?" hahaha just kidding. She probably obsessively likes you or she is really weird. or both. I wouldn't sweat, but you need your underwear! so...i would talk really loud outside and say, "some of my clothes are missing...damn i should put a security camera out here." so she could hear...and it definitely would scare her.

leave a skid mark in them and leave it out so she would think its a clean one when she doing what she does with them she will get a shock and it should put her of or otherwise the police should know and u will need evediance so put a cctv up or a dummy one so she thinks its a real one then she wont do it. from lisa
