OK Here`s my problem: I`m not much of a technology person. In like June-July I got a PSP. The thing is I forgot I had it until I saw it a second ago. Well I charged it and evrything was going well until..... it asked for my password. I have a horrible memory and I don`t remember it *freaking out, yells at PSP*. What do I do? Can I like delete it`s memory and restart the whole thing all over? PLZ someone help me!!

Ok, if you forgot your PSP password go to SYSTEM INFORMATION and click on RESTORED DEFAULT SETTINGS reset it. And that should reset everything to the way it came, the default PSP password is 0000. You do not need to format your Memory Stick it has nothing to do with the password at all keep your files.

while the psp is on, take the back battery cover off and pull the battery out. it should erase everything saved on the psp itself (not on the memory card)
