im very fat im 150 lb 5'0 14 yrs old i want to change but i cant i cry all the time cuz i hate being me i want to be someone elses for aa day helpo me lose weight before i blow up i amobese

At 14 I was exactly the same as you. I felt like an absolute blob...I hated the way I looked and I thought this is how I am going to be for the rest of my life. At 15, I was still a blob, and it didnt matter what I did I couldnt seem to lose much weight. I dont know what happened but it is the typical ugly duckling story. When I was 16/17 I was transformed. I think it was a slow transformation but I didnt notice it happening, but all of a sudden I noticed guys were looking at me differently. I was obviously taller, and at 14 you havent stopped growing, you will get taller and when you do you weight will even out. A lot of kids are fat kids, maybe it has to do with the hormones of a growing teenager. My son at 14 was a fat kid he was always being teased at school...he felt horrible about himself. At 16/17 he was taller and slimmer...He is 19 now is 6ft 3" and a real good looking guy. Girls that used to go to school with him who used to tease him are now standing in line to go out with him. Things change as you get older...you get taller and the weight will drop off you naturally. When you get older too your intests in boys grow as well...you have different interests and it seems is a lot easier to lose the weight when you are older. Dont give up hope, you will grow taller and slimmer naturally. I know you want it to happen now, but just grit your teeth and know it will not always be like this. I am 52 years old now and I am only about 20 pounds heavier than when I was 14. Things change naturally where a girls body will change into a womans body one day. My son loves it now, he is getting back at all the people who used to tease him....he now can give them back what they gave him because he is one stunning looking man, and all the kids who used to tease him, he can now tease them back because when he walks into a room, all the other people as kids who used to tease him look ugly in comparison. As a person of 14, it all seems hopeless. But believe me, you will not always be like this.

The first thing you should do is try an exercise routine. If you don't think you would be comfortable going to a gym, try exercising at home. You could get a workout machine, use workout DVD's, or just turn on some music and do your own thing. Make sure that you develop a schedule and stick to it. Also, watch what you eat, and the way you eat it. A lot of people try to starve themselves when they want to lose weight, but that causes your body to go into starvation mode, and you don't burn your calories. The best thing to do is eat many small meals a day. Try to eat foods that are lower in calories, and watch your overall caloric intake. If you crave something, eat it, but in smaller portions. You don't want to fight cravings completely, because that can lead to overeating. Also, do not let other people get you down about your weight. Some people have a harder time losing weight than others, for a variety of reasons. Always remember that there are a lot of things that are more important than our physical appearance. And remember that you can be on the heavier side and still be very attractive. There are some people who are only attracted to that type. I wish you all the happiness in the world!

There are places out there too call. If depressed there are kids helpline in your directory. And stop crying. It's make you put on more weight. And be happy the way you look no matter what anyone says. Because they are no better then you. You may not wake up tomorrow morning, so be happy ok? Do some searching if you want help for your weight. When i was your age i was so thin and i looked at girls like you wishing i had your weight. I'm not lying. Its the truth. As long as your heathly be happy. Speak to your family doctor too if you want. And i don't think that is too fat. You can still walk right?

I'm so sorry you're going through this. You must take this ONE DAY AT A TIME...it's too much to try to deal with at once.

I won't tell you to make a meal plan, because you know that you're eating too much. What I will tell you is that YOU are the only person who can control this. Get this under control before your skin stretches indefinitely. I've seen the shows on Discovery Health, and after gaining weight and keeping it on for too long, your skin will never go back. You still have a chance to have a normal body. ACT NOW. Peace be with you.

You need to start being active. Being physical will do a few things for you--number one, it will help you slim down and number two, exercize actually helps lift the mood, so you will feel better mentally. Now, you are wasting time on the computer when you should be outside playing with friends, running around, not sitting in front of a box. Be careful with what you eat, but you don't need to go nuts! Try drinking lots of water (it will make your skin look great and will help you lose weight), eating lots of fruits and veggies, and try to limit goodies to once a week.

Im 13. In May i weighed around 180. Im 5'2. I started eating right and instead of watching tv when i was boured i would walk around and now i weigh 148 and im going out with a hott 16 yr old. its paying off. I didnt think i could do it but i did and as long as u believe in urself u can do anything. Hope I helped. Oh and plz dont do something ull regret.

First off. NEVER say you can't !! You can it just depends on how bad you want it??!! If u are unhappy start excerising no matter how much you dont like it or don't want to make yourself sooner your body will get use to eat and it will be easier.

2nd watch what you eat cut back on fatty sugar foods, you can reward yourself with something you really like when you hit your first goal

3rd make goals for yourself and STICK with it.

4th look at all the people around you, they might be skinny might be overweight might be rich might be poor but if you look deep down inside you dont know what kind of problems they really have. NEVER compare yourself to someone else that will only make yourself madder and not like yourself (trust me been there done that) worry about yourself and do what is going to make YOU happy..

Keep your head up everyone battles with something everyone has issues it just depends on how they handle them.. How about running take all your feelings out on your running.. I do that and it makes me feel great take it out on a punching bag things like that will help you lose weight and tone up and get rid of your neg attitude...

your not exactly HUGE but i do understand where your at.. i found the best way to do it was to eat right and just do a bit of excersize just like you'll hear anyone say.. try to stay away from foods and drinks loaded with sugar and too many carbs.. and take one really good walk (or even run a bit) maybe 2 or 3 times a week.. its hard to commit to something like that and i know from expierence but ive lost A LOT from just doing that..
