tried telling him but he insists that this is healthy eating, that he's getting us on the right track to eating healthy and to live long. I can't cook because I get home right around dinner. I never knew this side of him till we got married. He is a great husband and father but this is his only fault to me..
Here's a list of some of the things we've eaten:
Pickels & Cottage Cheese
Baked chicken cooked with relish on top with Yams and SauerKraut.
Pickel soup (i don't even know what the heck is in that)
Lamb chops baked in vinegar.........

What can I do to get these meals to STOPPPPPPPPP!

Give him a recipe book with healthy recipes that actually have food that compliment each other.
Or if all else fails, maybe if the kids and you picket and just cook something different with them he'll get the idea.
Good luck!

Oh my gosh you poor thing lol. That is funny but gross. There are so many other ways of eating healthy things besides those gross things. I would tell him that you want to cook and make some baked chicken, fish, lots of veggies. Vinegar only taste good on a salad. Yuck tell him that you cannot stand that kind of food.

You are one lucky lady! Here you have this husband who is so in love with you and so loves your children that he is looking for a way that you can all live longer. That is such a beautiful spirit. He is also willing to cook for you all..what a Godsend he must be.
If you agree with him about the need for a healthy diet then maybe you should have a family discussion about what healthy foods you each like so everyone is happy. No good eating foods you don't much like. Lastly, thank him for being so committed to your family. If that is his biggest fault then he is on the right track.
Good luck.

Eating healthy doesn't always taste great. And sometimes they might seem so alien to us that we are wary. Get him a healthy eating cookbook or subscription to a healthy living cooking magazine. Because healthy choices don't have to be nasty or even that strange.
He can broil chicken instead of frying. Substitute oil in baking with yogurt(You'd never know the difference) There can be small changes that add up. In your free time plan menus with him. Find substitutions.

This is the easiest 10 points.

Throw up on your plate after a bite or two! Seriously, place a huge wad of that crap in your mouth then act like you're retching and let it go all over the table. He'll get the hint. (Tip: the more colorful, the better)

A guy I used to work with would cram his mouth full of peanut M&M's and orange soda then run around the corner near the office where everyone could see him and act like he was puking it all out. Gross, I know, but that guy was the most delightful entertainer when you were having a crappy day.

Maybe you should start cooking. It will let you have control over what you eat.
Start cooking crock pot meals. Tell him that you have developed an allergy to Vinegar, since it is in all of those meals.
