Can a man get fat put down there to add length and width? If so will he feel it?

Yes, a man can have this done; but it never seems to work out right in the long run and a lot of men have been permanently disfigured or have lost the ability to get an erection. We men need to learn to be happy with what we've got, since most of us have an average sized penis (5.5 - 6.0 inches when firm). I've had lots of experience, and I can tell you that size really doesn't matter. It's what you do with what you've got that's important.

Yes, men can and do get implants on their calves, pecs, etc. as I have seen it on cable tv. Not sure about the private parts, tho.

yes they can ,have a 86 yr old uncle he had a pump put in,dont really know how that works but he had one done , and im sure he can feel it too

i have a penile implant. now i'm up on demand and the demand doesn't seem to be decreasing. quite the contrary.
