Could be, but not without some idea what you have wrong with you.
If it is emotional, see www.emofree.com download the free manual, and if you can, buy the $60 videos.
If you can't, then you need to know what the manual can't show you. that is, you need to tap hard but not hard enough to bruise yourself, and you need to tap around 3 times a second.
EFT is a lot of work and thought, but it can produce amazing results as opposed to years of therapy with absolutely no gain at all. Craig has cured vets of PTSD after years of hospitalization, in one day.

You can't be 'cured' of your problems, whatever they might be, via e-mail. Certainly, being on line can be good contact to get information about taking care of yourself. But in the end, you have to do just that...take care of your SELF. Letting someone else fix things for you is always dangerous and rarely works.
